Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the KapeeCat platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Bookings are only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from KapeeCat and, where applicable, a deposit is paid. We reserve the right to decline any request.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the quoted total.
4. Service Delivery
We commit to delivering the agreed services as described in the confirmed booking. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, etc.), we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or a full refund.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
KapeeCat's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services provided is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.
