How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for event catering. For food orders, we accept rush orders with at least 4 hours advance notice. For peak season events (Dec–Feb, graduation months), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead.
Do you travel outside Metro Manila?
Yes! We service areas within a 50km radius. Travel fees may apply for events beyond our standard zone. Contact us for a custom quote.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations 7+ days before the event receive a full refund. Closer to the event, partial refunds may apply.
Can I customize the menu?
Absolutely! All packages include a pre-event consultation where we can tailor the drinks menu to your preferences, dietary needs, and event theme.
